While I, personally, work with clients on their emotional & mental healing, mindset setting, crafting fulfilling relationships, conscious career shifts & manifesting overall holistic growth, we also have a dedicated MoonEleven HealthCoach (MHC) team now that works on creating the foundation of your physical health — nutrition, lifestyle, optimum energy levels, hormonal balance, and overall health. 

This way, we complete the entire cycle of your TRANSFORMATION-UNDER-ONE-ROOF

Also, this entire physical well-being process is closely monitored by me, making sure the system is perfectly aligned with the original goal the client first came to me for – Manifesting their goals.

This team is constituted by dedicated professionals who hold 20+ years of experience in Nutrition, Health & Fitness.

3 Months MHC Foundation Program (LEVEL 1)

This program is designed to build your health foundation from the root level.
Before starting any diet or exercise plan, we first understand your body, lifestyle, habits, medical background, and psychological patterns. The goal of this program is to create a sustainable and personalized health system for you.
 
What This Program Includes
 
We begin by collecting detailed information through structured Google Forms, including:
•Thyroid, Blood, Kidney, Liver profile etc 
•Height, weight, BMI, age
•Medical history and current health conditions
•Family history (diabetes, thyroid, BP, heart issues, etc.)
•Physical activity level and exercise routine (if any)
•Current diet and eating habits
•Food preferences (veg / non-veg)
•Food allergies or intolerances
•Eating window / meal timing
•Past dieting / crash dieting history
•Alcohol / smoking / substance use (if applicable)
•Stress levels and lifestyle pattern
 
If required, additional tests may be suggested to better understand your body.
 
Personalized Diet & Lifestyle Structuring
 
Based on your data, the MHC team will:
•Design a personalized diet structure
•Suggest lifestyle changes
•Suggest suitable physical activity or exercise
•Help improve energy levels, digestion, sleep and routine
•Work on building sustainable habits instead of temporary dieting
•Gradually adjust diet and routine based on your body’s response
 
In the initial phase, different routines and structures may be tried under MHC supervision to understand what works best for your body and lifestyle.
